“Heart and Hands Family Care Center” provides hope, love, and healing to those in need.

 We offer services without judgement or condemnation. Every case is held with great confidentiality. Every client is treated with dignity and respect.

We are a ministry of Tami Vandergriff Ministries, a 501c3 Non-Profit Christian Organization.

We offer alternatives to abortions. Our services are at no charge to any expecting parent or parent of a child 5 years old or younger.

Whether your pregnancy or parenting situation is planned or unplanned our trained counselors are here to listen to you and guide you through questions and concerns regarding pregnancy and parenting.

 Your needs are important to us, and we want to help!

What to expect during your initial consultation

You will be able to meet with our intake counselor in a private setting to discuss your personal situation and needs with no judgement.  

We provide the following at no cost to you:

• Pregnancy testing
• Verification letters for DHS
• Assistance applying for Medicaid
• Referrals to other community providers such as WIC, physicians, safe houses, adoption agencies, and food banks
• Diapers or other immediate needs
• Support and encouragement
• Individual and family education
• Spiritual counseling and guidance

After your initial consultation, follow up appointments will be scheduled based on your specific needs and situation.

WHO DO WE SERVE?

We serve pregnant woman and families with children age of 5 and under.

We provide counseling and educational classes for both mothers and fathers whether the couple are married, dating, or trying to co-parent. We encourage the fathers to participate.

Each adult attending a session will earn points to be used in the boutique.

Curriculum will include many topics. Here are some examples:

• Pregnancy First trimester
• Pregnancy Second trimester
• Pregnancy Third trimester
• Birthing
• Newborn care
• Nutrition through Pregnancy
• Safety during Pregnancy
• Adoption
• Toddler and Children’s Safety
• Child nutritional needs
• And much, much more!

OUR BABY BOUTIQUE

At each appointment, clients will receive diapers if needed.

Clients will receive points for each class taken.                  

With the points received they can shop the boutique and acquire much needed items such as:

• Diapers                                                               
• Wipes
• Clothing
• Blankets 
• Toys
• Baby Food
• And more!
